Job Description:

The Lemon Bowl, a catering and plated home-food delivery brand based in Gurgaon, is hiring a Commis 2 (Continental) to support the Continental section of our kitchen. The role involves preparing Continental dishes under the guidance of the CDP, maintaining mise-en-place, and ensuring consistent quality across daily delivery orders and catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the CDP in preparing Continental dishes — soups, salads, pastas, sauces, and grills/mains
- Prepare and maintain mise-en-place ahead of service and events
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the section as per FSSAI standards
- Support stock checks and communicate shortages to the CDP/Sous Chef
- Assist with high-volume prep during catering orders
- Follow instructions from the CDP/Sous Chef and maintain discipline during service

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience as a Commis in Continental cuisine (hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchen)
- Basic knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and ingredients
- Willingness to learn and work under supervision
- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment
