- Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage end-to-end store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
- Sales & Business PerformanceDrive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
- Analyze store performance metrics and implement action plans to improve sales.
- Monitor category-wise sales and inventory movement.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Team ManagementLead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
- Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
- Build a positive and customer-focused team culture.




- Inventory & Stock ManagementEnsure optimum stock availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock audits.
- Control shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock replenishment.
- Customer ExperienceDeliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Ensure store cleanliness, product freshness, and attractive visual merchandising.
- Build customer loyalty through excellent shopping experiences.
- Financial ControlMonitor cash handling, billing operations, and daily store accounts.
- Control store expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline. MBA/Retail Management is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role.
- Experience in FMCG, Supermarket, Grocery, Organic Retail, or Up-to-date Trade preferred.
