Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Executive with hands-on experience working with industrial machines in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle machine maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in manufacturing machinery.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Work closely with the production team to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain basic maintenance records and report recurring issues.
- Work on-site and be comfortable with shop-floor/manufacturing environments.
- Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Requirements:

- Diploma / ITI / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Hands-on experience with industrial machines in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
- Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or purely office-based experience are not preferred.
- Must be willing to work on-site and on the manufacturing floor.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Should be adaptable and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
- Experience with flexible packaging/manufacturing machinery will be an added advantage.
