About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and confident Field Reporter to join Adeeba News Channel. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for journalism, and the ability to cover news stories from the field accurately and promptly.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit locations and cover breaking news, local events, social issues, and important developments.
- Conduct interviews with relevant people, officials, eyewitnesses, and members of the public.
- Collect accurate information, photographs, videos, and statements from the field.
- Prepare clear and engaging news reports for digital and/or broadcast platforms.
- Coordinate with the newsroom and editorial team regarding assignments and updates.
- Verify facts and information before submitting stories.
- Report breaking news quickly while maintaining accuracy, objectivity, and journalistic ethics.
- Develop and maintain good sources and contacts within the local community.
- Be available for field assignments, events, and urgent news coverage when required.
- RequirementsGraduate degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.




- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in journalism may also apply.
- Good Bengali and English communication skills; Hindi would be an added advantage.
- Confident personality with strong interviewing and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of local news, current affairs, and social issues.
- Ability to use a smartphone for video recording, photography, and basic content collection.
- Willingness to travel within the city and nearby areas for news assignments.
