Sales Coordinator – IT

We are looking for a Female Sales Coordinator – IT to support our sales team with client communication, lead follow-ups, quotations, documentation, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Track sales activities, orders, and payments.
- Prepare regular sales reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and developing new business.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT products/services.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience can apply.
