CPGBPM is hiring Telesales Executives for a mutual funds sales process (Work from office, Kudlu Gate, near Electronic City, Bangalore).

What you'll do:

- Make outbound calls to assigned leads, understand their financial goals, and explain mutual funds, SIPs and lump-sum investments in straightforward terms

- Convert qualified leads into investments and follow up to closure

- Record every interaction and outcome in the CRM/dialer

- Meet daily, weekly and monthly call and conversion targets

Who fits:

- 6 months to 3 years in telesales/telecalling - candidates from mutual funds, insurance, banking, NBFC, broking or loans sales are preferred

- Strong spoken communication, persuasion and objection handling

- Comfortable with outbound calling, targets and CRM/dialer systems

- Minimum 12th pass, basic English

Salary (in hand, by experience): 6m-1yr: Rs 18,400/month | 1-2 yrs: Rs 20,450 | 2-3 yrs: Rs 24,700 (CTC Rs 24,000-30,732). PF + ESI. No joining fee.
