Remote | AI-First Digital Marketing Agency

We are hiring a versatile Growth Operations & AI Digital Marketing Specialist who can work across multiple areas of digital marketing and use AI tools to execute work faster and more efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who understands several digital marketing disciplines rather than specializing in only one narrow area.

You will work directly with the agency's growth and strategy team and support international client projects across digital marketing, websites, analytics, SEO, automation and campaign operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign operations
- Assist with keyword research and competitor analysis
- Work with WordPress websites and landing pages
- Make basic website and content updates
- Perform on-page SEO activities
- Assist with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console
- Prepare client reports and performance summaries
- Use AI tools for research, content, analysis and campaign support
- Manage routine CRM and marketing automation tasks
- Assist in building lead-generation funnels
- Create or coordinate basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Support social media content preparation and scheduling
- Conduct website and marketing audits
- Help maintain client task boards and project documentation
- Coordinate freelancers or specialists when required
- Perform quality checks before client delivery
