We're hiring energetic, driven Academic Counselors to join our growing admissions team

As an Academic Counselor, you'll guide prospective students through their university admission journey — understanding their goals, explaining programs, and helping them enroll. This is a target-driven, high-energy role with real earning potential through incentives on top of fixed pay.

What you'll do:

- Connect with prospective students over calls and follow-ups
- Understand their background and guide them toward the right academic program
- Drive admissions from first contact through enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of every candidate you speak with

What we're looking for:

- Strong communication skills — confident, transparent, persuasive
- High energy and hunger to grow — this role rewards initiative
- Fluent in Kannada (mandatory); Telugu is a strong plus
- Comfortable working from our Koramangala office, full-time
- Freshers welcome — no prior sales experience required, just the right attitude

Compensation: 2.5 LPA + performance incentives
