We are looking for an experienced CNC Router Machine Designer responsible for designing and developing CNC router machines, machine assemblies, components, and manufacturing drawings. The candidate should have solid knowledge of mechanical design and hands-on experience with SolidWorks.

Design and develop CNC Router machines and mechanical assemblies using SolidWorks.

Prepare detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings.

Design machine frames, gantry systems, spindle mounts, tables, brackets, enclosures, and other mechanical components.

Select and integrate mechanical components such as linear guideways, ball screws, rack & pinion, bearings, couplings, pulleys, and motors.

Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and detailed component specifications.

Perform design calculations related to load, strength,



rigidity, alignment, and machine accuracy.

Check assemblies for interference, fitment, and proper movement.

Coordinate with production, electrical, purchase, and service teams for machine development.

Modify existing designs based on production requirements and customer feedback.

Prepare DXF/DWG files and manufacturing-ready drawings.

Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and easy to manufacture and maintain.

Support prototype development, machine assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.

Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings and designs.
