The LexSphere is a legal consultancy and legal education brand in Varanasi. We make short-form and long-form videos on labour and employment law for Instagram and YouTube.

We are looking for a full time video editor to work from our Kandwa office.

What you will do

Edit short-form reels for Instagram

Edit long-form videos for YouTube

Add subtitles, text animation and on-screen graphics

Basic sound design and audio cleanup

Colour correction

Take raw footage to a finished, publish-ready video

What we need

Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Basic After Effects for text and motion graphics

Understanding of pacing and how retention works in short-form video

Ability to work from our Kandwa office on a fixed schedule

Willingness to take feedback and make revisions

Good to have





Motion graphics in After Effects

Thumbnail design

Experience editing talking-head or educational content
