Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our cement and construction chemicals business across Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, dealers and project consultants, and increasing product awareness and sales in the assigned territory.

The role is based in Raipur and requires frequent travel across Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing and sales plans for cement and construction chemical products across Chhattisgarh.

* Identify current construction projects, contractors, builders, architects, engineers and consultants for business opportunities.

* Generate leads for waterproofing, flooring, grouting, tiling and other construction chemical requirements.

* Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and project decision-makers.

* Conduct site visits, product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.

* Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for product recommendations, quotations, samples and project support.

* Track upcoming and ongoing construction projects in the assigned territory.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports on leads, visits, enquiries,



orders and competitor activities.

* Support dealer development, contractor meets, promotional activities and product awareness campaigns.

* Collect market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing and customer requirements.

* Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, payments and customer complaints.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline; preference will be given to candidates with a background in Civil Engineering, Marketing or Building Materials.

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing of cement, construction chemicals, waterproofing products, building materials, paints, hardware or related industries.

* Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.

* Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

* Knowledge of local construction market, contractors and dealers in Chhattisgarh will be an added advantage.

* Must be comfortable with extensive travelling across Chhattisgarh.

* Valid driving licence and two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp communication and reporting.
