Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Counter Staff member to join our growing tea cafe. In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, welcoming customers, taking orders, and preparing our signature ready-mix teas and snacks. No advanced experience is required, but a positive attitude and a passion for customer service are essential.

What You Will Do:

- Greet customers and guide them through our menu options.
- Operate the billing counter and process cash/card transactions.
- Prepare and serve ready-mix beverages quickly and consistently.
- Keep the serving counter, seating area, and kitchen equipment clean.

Key Skills Required

- Speed and Efficiency: Ability to serve customers quickly during peak morning and evening rush hours.
- Basic Math & Tech Skills: Comfort using modern point-of-sale (POS) systems and managing daily cash closing.
- Communication: Transparent, polite, and friendly verbal skills to interact with diverse customers.
