About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, present relevant services, follow up effectively, and generate qualified meetings and business opportunities.

This role involves promoting and selling creative, production, branding, and digital marketing services to businesses and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.

- Generate and qualify leads through calling and regular follow-ups.

- Understand client requirements and marketing needs.

- Pitch relevant services and solutions based on client requirements.

- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/strategy team.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and existing leads.

- Update lead details and follow-up status in CRM and Excel.

- Track leads from initial contact to final conversion.

- Reactivate old and inactive leads.

- Coordinate with internal sales and creative teams when required.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Good Hindi and English communication.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

- Good listening and follow-up abilities.

- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.

- Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MS Word.

- Target-oriented and confident on calls.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1–3 years in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, Advertising Sales, or similar roles preferred.

- Freshers: Candidates with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

- Education: Graduate or equivalent experience.

- Location: Jaipur.

- Work Mode: On-Site.
