Job Summary

SAM Global University is looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor with 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of civil construction work, building maintenance, and the ability to supervise contractors and workers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance activities.

- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate and supervise contractors, labourers, and other site workers.

- Ensure proper execution of brickwork, plastering, flooring, RCC, painting, waterproofing, and other civil works.

- Check the quality and quantity of construction materials used at the site.

- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

- Maintain daily work reports, material records, and site documentation.

- Coordinate with the engineering and administration teams regarding construction and maintenance requirements.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.





- Identify construction-related issues and provide practical solutions.

- Inspect completed work and ensure proper finishing and quality.

- Assist in estimating material and labour requirements when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.

- 2–3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision is required.

- Good knowledge of civil construction techniques and building maintenance.

- Ability to read and understand basic civil drawings and plans.

- Good knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and site practices.

- Valuable supervision, coordination, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintaining work records will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be hardworking, responsible, technically sound, and capable of independently supervising civil construction and maintenance activities within a university/campus environment.
