Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Loan Telecaller to generate leads, assist customers with personal loan inquiries, and help them through the loan applicatio

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain personal loan products, features, eligibility, and interest rates.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good customer service and follow-up skills.
