Trainer Key Responsibilities

*Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

*Conduct new hire induction &process; training, delivery product, process soft skill training.

*Monitor post training performance and provide couching, identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training session.

Quality Analysist Key Responsibilities

2 -15 years of work experience out of which min, about 3 years in Business Excellence function/ QA optional - (Lean Six Sigma)

Skills/Competencies Required:

- Meticulous, organized, logical thought process, stickler for time management, an eye for detail

- Assertive & Highly result oriented

- Ability to build strong relationship

- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to communicate and elicit cooperation within and across work levels and departments

- Critical thinker - ability to identify areas of process optimization

- Specialist in their field and clearly result oriented.

- Ability to hunt new clients by leveraging business contacts

- Any Graduate
- Minimum 2- or 4-year Sales Background from BPO Sector
- English and Hindi Mandatory & Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Ability to work independently (Individual contributor) and as part of a team.
