Field Coordinator – Customer Support & paint Trials

Job Function / Role Overview:

Fine Paints Corporation is seeking a proactive and responsible individual with a two-wheeler to coordinate with customers for panel and sample submissions, assist in product trials, and handle related field and office support activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company, supporting technical and commercial requirements in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers for panel and sample submissions.
- Assist during product trials and demonstrations at customer sites.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for feedback and requirements.
- Support company operations by managing basic documentation, material dispatch,



and coordination tasks.
- Report daily activities, customer visits, and trial outcomes to the management.
- Represent the company professionally during field visits and trials.

Requirements:

- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any field.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby

Compensation & Benefits:

- Travel Allowance will be provided for all official field work.
- Full salary as agreed will be paid on time.
- No PF or ESI facilities available currently, as the company is newly established.
