About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, presentable, energetic, and well-spoken Receptionist cum Social Media Face to represent our real estate company both at the front desk and on digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our office and will also appear in property videos, reels, project walkthroughs, promotional videos, and social media content.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception

- Welcome and professionally attend to clients, visitors, and business associates.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and basic customer communication.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Support the sales team with client coordination and follow-ups.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Handle basic administrative and front-office responsibilities.

Social Media & Video Responsibilities

- Appear confidently in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and property promotional videos.
- Present real estate projects, properties, locations, offers, and company updates on camera.
- Participate in property walkthroughs, site-visit videos, interviews, and customer-focused content.
- Deliver short scripts naturally and confidently in front of the camera.
- Coordinate with the marketing/content team for regular social media shoots.
- Help create engaging and informative content for prospective buyers and investors.
- Maintain a professional and positive image of the company across social media.




- Candidate RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content.
- Comfortable learning scripts and presenting property-related information.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and WhatsApp.
- Positive coordination and organisational skills.
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, front office, sales, media, modelling, anchoring, or content creation will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and camera confidence may also apply.
