? Experience: 4–6 Years
? Salary: ₹40,000 In-Hand
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and team activities
- Monitor inventory, stock, inward/outward movement & dispatch
- Ensure quality control and smooth operational processes
- Manage vendor coordination and onboarding
- Handle floor management and operational reporting
- Drive process improvements and achieve operational targets
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Operations & Team Management experience is mandatory
- Positive written & verbal English communication
- Business Development / Real Estate experience will be preferred
