The role involves understanding a candidate’s skilled background, career goals and learning requirements, recommending suitable programs, and guiding them through the admission and enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand the candidate’s education, work experience, career goals and program requirements.
- Counsel working professionals on suitable Executive Education and professional development programs.




- Explain program curriculum, eligibility, certification, fees, admission process and career relevance.
- Follow up with interested candidates and help them make informed enrolment decisions.
- Manage assigned leads effectively and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Achieve individual monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and counselling updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for applications, documentation, payments and enrolment.
- Build professional relationships with candidates and provide a high-quality counselling experience.
