Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Personal Loan Telesales Executive to generate leads and sell personal loan products to prospective customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining loan products, converting leads into applications, and achieving monthly sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate personal loan leads.
- Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment terms.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into loan applications.
- Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
- Coordinate with the credit/operations team for processing loan applications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and responsible sales practices.
- Requirements12th pass or graduate; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telesales, banking, finance, or loan sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
