- Supervise daily construction activities at the residential building site.
- Study and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Set out and check dimensions, levels, grid lines, and building alignment.
- Monitor RCC works such as footing, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and shear walls.
- Supervise formwork, reinforcement, concreting, curing, and de-shuttering.
- Check reinforcement size, spacing, lap length, development length, cover, and bar placement before concreting.
- Coordinate concrete pouring activities, including slump tests, cube tests, and proper vibration.
- Supervise brick/block work, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, doors, windows, and other finishing works.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check workmanship and identify defects or deviations at an early stage.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Track material requirements and coordinate material deliveries to avoid work delays.




- Monitor labour productivity and allocate manpower according to work requirements.
- Measure completed work for BOQ, contractor billing, and quantity verification.
- Assist in preparing quantity estimates and material consumption reports.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
- Follow approved method statements, inspection procedures, and quality control checklists.
- Coordinate inspections and obtain approvals before proceeding with critical activities.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Monitor construction progress against the project schedule and report delays.
- Resolve routine site issues and coordinate with senior engineers for technical problems.
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, inspection reports, test reports, and site instructions.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on construction progress and issues.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
