Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent Sales service and a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with Inventory Management
- Demo and explain products to customers and answer questions about products.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily sales targets
- Use every opportunity to cross-sell products to increase sales.
- Should be able to speak basic English and be fluent in either Hindi or Kannada
Sales Executive Requirements:
- Must have experience in retail sales
- Ability to listen to customers' needs and help them find the right products.
- Ability to describe product features in a simple way
- Computer literate, including using point-of-sale systems.
- Honest approach to communication.
- Product and fashion industry knowledge
