Job Title: Service Advisor – Automotive

Location: New Town and Sankrail, Kolkata

Salary: ₹ 15000/- to 25000

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, acting as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians.

Listen to customer concerns, accurately document symptoms, and write transparent repair orders.

Perform vehicle walkarounds and recommend necessary routine maintenance or repairs.

Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor; obtain customer authorization before work begins.

Track vehicle progress throughout the day and provide proactive updates to customers.

Explain completed repair work and charges clearly upon vehicle pickup.

Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by resolving customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred.

Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and routine maintenance services.

Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus.

Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
