- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods/materials to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and deliveries.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Keep vehicles clean and in good operating condition.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, logistics teams, and supervisors regarding delivery schedules.
- Required QualificationsValid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (HMV/HGV).
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of heavy vehicle driving experience.
