*Profile – Apprentice Trainee*

*Role and Responsibilities*

• Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern.

• For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank.

• Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone.

• Cross selling & upselling banking products over the calls are mandatory.

Inbound Customer Voice process

Fixed plus Incentives

In hand Upto : 26k in hand ( for 1 year ) ( 20k from Bank + 6k from DBT)

Shift Time –

Female – 7:00am to 7:00pm { 8.5 Hrs. Shift)

Male – 11:00am to 8:00 pm/2:30pm to 11:00 pm

1 Rotational weekoff

6 Days working

*Required Skills* :

Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable).

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.

Problem-solving attitude, and customer-centric approach.

*Important Notes:*





* PG Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

*Skills and Requirements:*

1. *Excellent communication skills*: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. *Customer service experience*: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

3. *Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment*: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.
