Telecaller – Recruiter
Job Description:
- Make calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities.
- Recruit Security Guards, Supervisors, Lady Guards, Bouncers, etc.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain daily calling and recruitment records.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets.
- Explain salary, duty location, PF & ESI benefits, and other employment terms to candidates.
- Coordinate with HR for joining and documentation.
Required: Valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a confident personality.
