• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Follow up on enquiries & leads
• Generate new B2B leads
• Explain products & quotations
• Maintain customer follow-ups
• Convert enquiries into sales
? Preferred Skills
• Good communication skills
• Hindi + basic English
• Confident on phone calls
• Sales/follow-up mindset
• Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge
• Fresher with good communication can also apply
