Handle walk-in customers at Vi retail store, resolve service queries, drive sales of new SIM, MNP, recharges, postpaid and data plans, and ensure excellent customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Greet and attend walk-in customers and understand their needs

2. Handle queries related to Billing, Recharge, Network, MNP, SIMEX Number change

3. Sale of Current Prepaid / Postpaid connections, MNP Port-in, Device & Accessory sales

4. Promote Vi Recharges, RED Plans, International Roaming

5. KYC verification, documentation and activation in POS system

6. Handle cash counter, billing and daily cash reconciliation

7. Maintain store discipline, grooming, and achieve daily/monthly sales target

8. Call customers for follow-up and feedback

9. Escalate unresolved complaints to Store Manager / Backend team

*Skills Required:*

- Good Communication in Tamil, English

- Basic Computer Knowledge - MS Office, POS Billing

- Customer handling & Convincing skills

- Presentable, Punctual and Target oriented

*Qualification:*

- Graduate only (Graduate preferred)

- 0-2 Years Experience in Telecom Retail / Mobile Shop / Customer Care (Freshers can apply)

- Age: 18 to 28 years
