Key Responsibilities:
Manage Medical Records Department (MRD) operations.
Maintain and organize patient medical records accurately.
Ensure timely documentation, filing and retrieval of records.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance of medical records.
Prepare MRD reports and support audits/inspections.
