- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in identifying products and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
- Stock shelves and ensure product availability at all times.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Receive and organize incoming inventory.




- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist in achieving store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Required QualificationsMinimum 10th/12th Pass or any Graduate.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail store, supermarket, grocery store, or FMCG retail setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS operations is preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
