Position: Centre Manager

Location: Malad

Salary: Upto 60K

Timing: 10:30am to 7:30pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time, In-office

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Centre Manager to take ownership of the overall performance of the learning centre, including admissions, revenue, student experience, team management, and day-to-day centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own monthly and quarterly admissions and revenue targets

* Track enquiries, admissions pipeline, conversions, and collections

* Manage centre P&L;, budgets, expenses, and MIS reporting

* Oversee the complete admissions process from enquiry to enrolment

* Ensure smooth student onboarding, batch scheduling, and fee collection

* Handle student/parent queries, grievances, refunds, and deferment cases

* Recruit, manage, train, and evaluate counsellors and front-desk staff

* Set team targets and monitor performance through reports and dashboards

* Coordinate with faculty for scheduling and quality management

* Plan and execute local marketing activities, school/college tie-ups, seminars, and referral campaigns

* Ensure centre infrastructure, equipment, vendors, safety,



and compliance are properly managed

* Maintain accurate student, attendance, financial, and operational records

* Use Google Sheets, Forms, Drive, CRM, and other digital tools for reporting and centre management

Eligibility & Requirements:

* 3–6 years of experience in Centre/Branch Management, preferably in Education, EdTech, or Retail Services

* Strong sales and target-oriented approach with experience in achieving admissions/revenue targets

* Good knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Forms, Docs, Calendar, Meet, and Drive

* Experience with CRM tools and WhatsApp Business

* Knowledge of digital marketing/analytics will be an added advantage

* Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

* Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

* Experience in Animation/Design/VFX/EdTech training is preferred but not mandatory
