Job Summary

STG Journey India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Ticketing, MICE, Reservation & Operations Executive to manage travel bookings, ticketing, hotel reservations, MICE arrangements, and day-to-day travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings, cancellations, re-issuance, and amendments.
- Manage hotel reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate MICE groups, including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, events, and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with clients, hotels, airlines, DMCs, transporters, and other vendors.
- Manage end-to-end travel operations and ensure smooth execution of bookings and services.
- Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, and other travel-related documents.




- Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ensure excellent coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Ticketing, MICE, Reservation, and Travel Operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Corporate Travel / MICE / Travel Management Companies will be preferred.
