Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

• Lead end-to-end design for residential, commercial & hospitality projects

• Translate client briefs into creative, functional design concepts

• Develop mood boards, layouts, material palettes, and detailed drawings Project Management & Execution

• Manage projects from concept → design → site execution → handover

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors

• Conduct regular site visits and ensure design intent is maintained

• Handle BOQs, timelines, and project budgets Client Interaction

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients

• Present design ideas, revisions, and final concepts confidently

• Build long-term client relationships

Technical & Documentation

• Prepare detailed working drawings, GFCs, and execution sets

• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards

• Work closely on material selection and specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications





• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture or Interior Architecture

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (interiors + execution exposure preferred)

• Strong proficiency in: o AutoCAD o SketchUp / 3Ds Max o Photoshop / presentation tools

• Strong understanding of: o Materials, finishes, and detailing o Site execution & coordination

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to own projects independently in a lean team setup

• Strong aesthetic sense aligned with modern, clean, and functional design

• Problem-solving mindset in office and during execution

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Travel Requirement

• Comfortable traveling for site visits within Mumbai and outstation projects
