Hiring: International Sales Executive – US Voice Process

We are looking for International Sales Executives to join our US outbound sales team. This is a Work From Home opportunity for candidates who are confident in English communication and interested in international sales.

? Salary & Earning

- ₹130–₹170 per hour, based on performance
- ₹25,000+ monthly earning potential
- Performance-based earning growth
- Higher sales performance can qualify for a higher hourly rate
- Payment based on verified active working hours and applicable performance rate

? Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- Night Shift
- 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
- Breaks as per company schedule
- Candidates must be available and actively working during scheduled hours

? Work Mode

Candidates must have:

- Laptop/Desktop
- Stable high-speed internet
- Quiet workspace
- Headset with good microphone

? Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers in the USA.
- Communicate with customers professionally and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the products/services.
- Follow company-provided sales scripts and guidelines.
- Handle customer questions and objections.
- Convert qualified customers into successful sales.
- Accurately update call dispositions and customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good call quality and attendance.





✅ Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Experience in international sales, telesales, telecalling, or US voice process is preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with US customers.
- Good sales, convincing, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with daily and monthly sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace.
- Must be comfortable working in the US shift and from home.
