Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth in the Facilities Management sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for facility management services.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management Services.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, builders, industries, hospitals, malls, educational institutions, residential communities, and other organizations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable facility management solutions.
- Prepare and submit RFQs, RFPs, quotations, commercial proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and other departments for preparing client proposals and costing.
- Conduct client meetings,



site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Participate in tenders and contract negotiations.
- Follow up with prospective clients from lead generation through contract closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update management on business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new opportunities.
- Support the Operations team during new client onboarding and mobilization.
- Ensure smooth handover of newly acquired contracts to the Operations team.
- Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional facility management services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and support the retention and renewal of existing contracts.
