Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to join our installation and service team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and assisting with the installation and commissioning of smart automation systems.

The ideal candidate should have good practical knowledge of electrical work, be comfortable working at project sites, and have a willingness to learn new smart-home and automation technologies.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance work at residential and commercial project sites.
- Install and connect lights, switches, sockets, fans, sensors, relays, controllers, and other electrical equipment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of smart home and building automation systems.
- Work with smart switches, dimmers, motion sensors, curtain controls, lighting automation, and other automation devices.
- Read and understand basic electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation layouts.
- Perform cable laying, termination, dressing, and labeling.




- Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify wiring or connection issues.
- Test electrical circuits and equipment before commissioning.
- Ensure proper earthing, polarity, insulation, and safe electrical connections.
- Coordinate with project engineers, technicians, and supervisors during installations.
- Carry out service visits and attend customer complaints when required.
- Maintain proper tools, equipment, and materials provided for project work.
- Follow company procedures, project requirements, and electrical safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper finishing of electrical and automation installations.
- Report site issues, material requirements, and installation progress to the concerned supervisor.
- Be willing to travel to project sites as required.
- Required SkillsGood practical knowledge of electrical wiring and installation.
- Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Understanding of MCBs, RCCBs, DBs, relays, contactors, switches, and basic electrical components.
- Ability to use electrical tools and testing instruments such as a multimeter and tester.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of smart home/automation systems will be an advantage.




- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and qualified behavior at customer sites.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- QualificationITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with relevant practical electrical experience may also be considered.

ExperiencePreferred: 1–3 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or project work.

Fresh ITI candidates with good practical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
