Key Responsibilities

- Operate and perform expert setup of surface grinding machines.
- Execute complex machining tasks strictly as per engineering drawings and technical instructions.
- Conduct high-precision measurements and quality checks using standard toolroom instruments.
- Maintain grinding wheels, specialized fixtures, and detailed machine logs.
- Support production teams with specific surface finishing requirements and fixture preparation.
- Ensure shop-floor cleanliness, safety compliance, and strict process discipline.
- Consistently follow Morphle machining and documentation standards for all medical components.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in surface grinding operations.
- Willingness to work in a dedicated hands-on shop-floor setting.
- ITI - Machinist / Turner / Fitter, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong interest in precision machining and high-tolerance toolroom operations.
- Deep understanding of grinding machines and mechanical measurement tools.
- Proven ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.
- Strong learning attitude, discipline, and extreme attention to detail.
