Conduct inspection of parts and assemblies as per Dana India -provided drawings and standards within defined timeline by Dana India with using Instruments like Linear instruments, Gear measurement tools),Surface Finish, Profile Projector, Contour Tracer and metallurgical parameters. instruments and gauges.

2. Ability of resource to read the drawing, balloon,conduct inspection on CMM, Contour, profile projector, instruments and gauges.

3. Inspection Report Preparation - Third Party Inspector shall prepare detailed inspection reports for each batch/lot inspected.

Reports must include measurement results, deviations (if any), and visual observations.

4. Third Party Supervisor shall review and validate inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure compliance with Dana India ’s reporting format and standards.

5. Submit finalized inspection reports to the designated Dana Quality representative.

Maintain traceability and documentation for all submitted reports.
