Job Description – Telecaller

Location: Bhumi Landmark, Khanda Colony, Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain the company's real estate projects, offers, and payment plans to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain records of customer calls, follow-ups, and leads.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective customers.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide timely information.

Candidate Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is an advantage.




- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate will be preferred.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computer applications.
- Candidates who are comfortable making a high volume of calls are preferred.
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- Additional incentives may be offered based on performance and sales targets.
