About the RoleWe are looking for a Packaging Designer & Computer Operator who can handle both creative packaging design work and day-to-day computer-based operational tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, be comfortable working with packaging artwork, and have strong computer skills with attention to detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Design

- Design labels, boxes, bottles, pouches, and other packaging materials.
- Create and modify packaging artwork as per brand requirements.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors.
- Make changes to existing designs based on feedback.
- Ensure correct dimensions, colors, fonts, barcodes, MRP, product information, and regulatory details.
- Create basic product mockups and marketing creatives when required.
- Maintain organized files of all packaging designs and versions.

Computer & Operational Work

- Handle day-to-day computer and data-entry work.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets records and update product information.
- Prepare documents, invoices, product lists, and reports.




- Upload/update product information and images on online platforms when required.
- Manage digital files, folders, images, and artwork.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, printers, and other vendors.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Kittl is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of packaging dimensions, print files, CMYK, bleed, dielines, and resolution.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple designs and revisions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Preferred CandidateExperience in FMCG, cosmetics, food, nutraceuticals, pet products, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products will be preferred.
- Prior experience designing product labels and packaging is a strong advantage.
- Freshers with a strong design portfolio may also be considered.
