Lead Mechanical Installation Engineer (LINAC) Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Job Brief: Perform and lead on-site mechanical rigging and Phase 1 installation of medical LINACs. A hands-on role leading a 2-person team (self + mechanical installer). Requires travel and mandatory OEM certification.
Key Duties:
- Execute hands-on mechanical installation and assembly per OEM manuals and checklists.
- Lead your teammate and coordinate site readiness with project managers.
- Safely handle specialized tooling and enforce strict site safety protocols.
- Submit daily progress reports (with photos) and complete handover documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mech, Elec, E&CE;, or Biomed.
- Robust hands-on mechanical aptitude paired with leadership skills.
- Good communication; must clear the final manufacturer interview.
- High mobility and willingness to undergo mandatory OEM training.
