Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: ₹10,000/month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
- Process and manage online orders from the company website and marketplaces
- Coordinate with the packing and shipping team for timely dispatch
- Update order status, inventory, and stock records
- Communicate with customers/patients regarding order updates when required
Requirements
- Own vehicle is mandatory (may need to visit post office/courier as per requirement)
- Excellent communication skills with soft-spoken, patient-friendly approach
- Basic knowledge of sales will be an added advantage
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
- Comfortable using e-commerce portals and order management systems (training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates near Gomti Nagar Extension preferred
