Role OverviewWe are hiring a target-oriented Telesales Executive for our real estate projects. The role involves generating leads, pitching properties over calls, and converting prospects into site visits and sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to generate and qualify real estate leads
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable projects
- Schedule site visits and follow up regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
- Maintain lead records in CRM
- RequirementsStrong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales orientation
- Graduate (any stream)
- 0–3 years experience in telesales (real estate preferred)
- Must reside in or near Greater Noida
