- Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce portal, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Inventory and Supply Chain:
- Coordinate with the internal teams to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.
