About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across paid ads, social media, SEO, and content marketing, and is comfortable working with data to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
- Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Optimize website content and blogs for SEO (on-page and off-page)
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools
- Coordinate with designers/content writers for creatives and copy
- Monitor budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and tools
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs/Google Search Console)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and social media insights
- Basic understanding of content marketing and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred
- Certification in Google Ads/Digital Marketing is a plus
