Shift Manager Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily shift operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Lead, guide, and allocate tasks to the team during the shift.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Handle billing, cash management, and shift closing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to Chaayos SOPs and operational standards.
- Monitor sales, productivity, and shift performance.
- Train and motivate team members for better performance.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and report shift-related issues.

Shift Manager Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Shift Manager in a QSR.
- Strong shift management and daily operations skills.
- Experience in conducting audits and maintaining SOP compliance.
- Positive team handling, leadership, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and wastage reduction.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
