Civil Engineer (Graduate Entry-Level) — Full-Time
Location: Nagarbavi, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Project Manager
About the Role
We are hiring Civil Engineering graduates for a full-time position on our project execution team. This is a direct employment opportunity (not an internship) offering the chance to work on live construction projects with long-term growth potential within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site
Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and material estimates
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure work progresses per schedule
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on site
Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation
Support project planning, scheduling,
and resource allocation
Apply relevant IS codes, construction standards, and best practices
Conduct site measurements, surveys, and quantity take-offs
Verify contractor bills and assist with billing processes
Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
No active backlogs at the time of joining
Willingness to work on-site/across project locations
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, and/or STAAD Pro, Revit (preferred)
Understanding of construction materials, methods, and IS codes
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word
