? Job Responsibilities• Handle inbound & outbound calls

• Connect with leads and generate potential leads

• Explain products/services to customers

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling targets

? Requirements• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge
