Job Description

GK Infra & Developers is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction site activities and ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction site activities.

Monitor RCC, brickwork, plaster, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.

Understand structural and architectural drawings and execute work accordingly.

Coordinate day-to-day work with the contractor and labour team.

Maintain work quality and specifications.

Take site measurements and perform quantity calculations.

Support in BOQ / Quantity / Material Requirement.

Prepare Daily Progress Report.

Plan requirement of materials needed at site.

Control material wastage.

Monitor contractor work and labour productivity.

Follow up to complete work as per the project timeline.





Coordinate with Architect / Structural Engineer / Project Manager.

Ensure site safety procedures are followed.

Support client site visits and technical discussions.

Prepare snag list and follow up on rectification.

Maintain site photographs and project documentation.

BOQ understanding

Building material knowledge

MS Excel

Good communication & coordination

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Preferred Candidate

Residential / Commercial construction experience preferred.

Independent site handling experience is an advantage.

Candidate should be ready for regular site visits.

Robust execution, supervision and problem-solving skills required.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (experience & skills based)
